 Hello world! My name is Scott Rusin and I'm beginning my journey into the blogosphere! I hope to contribute to the world of health & fitness, religion, philosophy, mind, body and spirit. I currently work at Sandestin Executive Health and Wellness Center in the beautiful Sandestin Resort, Miramar Beach, FL. I am the Director of Physical Therapy and have come to realize how much the mind is involved in the healing process.
